THIS IS OUR AVAILABILITY CALENDAR:
This is our availability calendar. Every blank date is available for rent. If you would like to request a date, please fill out the RSVP form.
Rates:
Fridays:
8 hour minimum: $800*
Special All Day Rate (8am to 12am): $950*
Additional Required (refundable) cleaning fee: $600 or if all day $750
(Example: if you rent 8 hours your cost would be $800 + $600 for total of $1,400)
(Example: if you rent all day your cost would be $950 + $750 for total of $1700)
All rentals must obtain insurance which costs $105 additional.
*Party must end by midnight ($250 fine from deposit if music continues after midnight)
Saturdays:
8 hour minimum: $1250*
Special All Day Rate (8am to 12am): $1500*
Additional required (refundable) cleaning fee: $650 or if all day $850
(Example: if you rent 8 hours your cost would be $1250 + $650 for total of $1,900)
(Example: if you rent all day your cost would be $1500 + $850 for total of $2,350)

Holiday rates:
If a holiday falls on a week day (such as Christmas, Thanksgiving, etc) then the rate reverts to Sunday rates.
Wedding Package:
All day Friday for setup and rehearsal PLUS all day Saturday.
$2000 plus $950 refundable cleaning fee.
